How are your sets made?
We love answering this question! This is a BIG deal for us. Huge.
Every single set we produce is developed with, by, and in coordination with individuals, advocates, professionals, and families of that same experience being represented. Every. Single. Set. We believe people need to stop being told what their experiences are, and start being heard & seen for their own stories. Who better to share them than the people living them?
We work really hard to find, consult & listen to just the right people for each set. It's why it takes us a while to get each one out. Not only does finding them take time, but then we also have to be respectful of all our different realities. Chronic illnesses flare up. Single parents have child priorities. Emergencies happen... Our sets tackle some really big
topics, which means our collaborators have & are tackling those exact same ones. Humanity comes before deadlines.
Our sets are built on truly human
foundations. It's not the easiest path, but we feel it's the only path
for us & our community.
I have an idea for a set I really want/need. Can I tell you about it?
Absolutely! We are constantly in the process of creating & adding to
our set collections. Have an idea? Get in touch with us! Send us a
message and let us know. We'd love to create that resource for you if we can. Chances are, you'll also be helping others who are looking for the same thing.
I work at a hospital / clinic / school / organization, and we need a large order. Can we purchase them all from you?

page. Let us know where you work, with whom (patients, students, program participants, etc.), and how many sets you think you need. We're happy to discuss your association's requirements.

Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 CAD! Shipping is $15 CAD flat fee for all orders under $100.
I'm really excited to receive my products!! How long does it take you to mail things out?
We're excited to get them to you! Our standard order turnaround time is 5 business days, but we can get most orders out & on their way to you in under 48 hours. Sometimes if we get really busy, or are in the process of re-stocking, it can take us just a bit longer.
I made a mistake in my shipping address! What now?
It happens. If you've made a
mistake in your shipping address, get in contact with us within 3 hours
of placing your order via either our Contact Us form, or via our
info@bitsyatwold.com email. Make the subject line "CHANGE OF ADDRESS," and provide your full name, order number, and corrected shipping address. We'll then do our best to change it in our system before anything is sent out.
Returns & Refunds
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Don’t fret! As much as we
love our shipping carriers (here’s looking at you, Canada Post),
sometimes things can get a bit dicey on the way to your door... If this happens, don’t worry. Take photos of the packaging and whatever is damaged and let us know. Chances are, the products will be totally a-okay. We’ve really done our best to ensure they’re super hardy & good quality for you! On the off chance that they’re not, just email us with all the information.
What is your Return & Refund policy?
We really care about our community & our products! When you’re sad, we’re sad. We want you to like what you buy from us – and we want you to like us, too. We’ll do whatever we can to make it right.
Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving the item, but you must send us an email beforehand. We unfortunately can't accept returns we're not expecting. Reach out to us at info@bitsyatwold.com explaining your situation, and we’ll work with you to determine if you're eligible for a refund.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds, and may have to re-charge shipping if a package was returned due to an incorrect address, or unclaimed package.
We will notify you once your return has been received and approved.
The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We
recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport
risk is borne by the sender.
