In 2021 I bought my daughter a set of magnets from Bitsy Atwold to help her talk about her cancer diagnosis. Bitsy Atwold has continued to deliver wonderful, educational, and inclusive materials to help kiddos like my daughter express themselves.
If you have kids, work with kids, volunteer with kids, will ever interact with a kid in your lifetime, I highly recommend stocking up on some Bitsy Atwold items to help educate on being inclusive and being kind.
My daughter and I loved this activity book! We discussed the prompts, talked about what makes others unique, reviewed her feelings around going back to school after the summer break, and had fun while doing it. Wish this was summer reading for all students and families.
As mom of kids with disabilities and woman who navigates my own- I love bitsy buddy club as a place to see representation of our family and as way for our kids to learn about other's. Their activity books are so thoughtfully created and answer so many of the curiosities our kiddos have about differences. Can't recommend Bitsy enough!
If you’re a parent or a teacher looking to teach your kids more about inclusion I’d love to suggest Bitsy! These activity books include lots of space to color, a set of colorful stickers, and conversation prompts. I love the glossary and all of the labels. This Welcome To School activity book included feelings charts that I think could lead to some great conversations! The You Belong Here sticker just melted me.

What a great teaching resource - the kids love this book and all the activities.
Having a rare disease means that my daughter rarely sees herself depicted in shows or books. Bitsy has changed that! My family was SO excited to see my daughter represented in the coloring book. We are looking forward to seeing her represented in the forthcoming books and to learn more about how to be inclusive.
I said I was getting this subscription for my niece...but then I saw them and they are TOO STINKING CUTE!! 😍😍😍...So I kept it for myself and got us EACH a subscription! Now we each have our own and have "color & learn together" dates when they arrive #coolaunt #winningauntielife 🤣 🥳💯 (It's also really exciting to try and guess which topic is coming next! The 6-year old anticipation is real!!!😳😳)
