Mobility. We all get around using different means. Each of these various means are equally valid, though. Every single one. We, at Bitsy Atwold, wanted to celebrate and represent our abilities, disabilities, daily methods, and aids we use. This set is our love letter to how we all move and live.

We worked with the incredibly community-minded Abby of Colourblind Zebra to represent mobility aids and all the pride, joy, and different forms they take.

There are 25 beautifully colourful pieces in this set. These include:

♥ 2 children – one standing, one sitting
♥ Clothing pieces – dress, pants, shirts, overalls, hat, shoes

♥ Service dog with 2 different vests
♥ 2 Wheelchairs
♥ 2 Walkers
♥ Canes of various types
♥ Crutches / Arm braces
♥ AFOs – ankle foot orthosis

♥ Backpack
♥ Blanket

RECOMMENDED FOR AGES 3+
Always supervise play.
We do our best to make our products as safe as we can and use the highest quality inks & materials, but they are still vinyl magnets and should never be ingested by anyone - no matter their age...

SIZING:
The child pieces are roughly 5" tall. All the other pieces in the set(s) are sized to fit them. While the pieces are fairly large, there is still a choking hazard for wee ones.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Because: little fingers! Our magnets can be washed with water and gentle soap whenever necessary. Pat dry with a tissue, or leave them to air dry. Easy peasy. If further sanitizing is necessary, rub with hand sanitizer and pat dry with a tissue.

NOTES:
Magnets can become brittle at freezing temperatures and so should be stored and used at room temperatures. Long exposure to direct sunlight can lead to colour fading.

Representation matters

It's so great to see so many different kinds of mobility aids represented in this set. This really helps to talk about how different people use different aids to get around.
